A house in Spruce Creek Woods was the top real estate transaction for Aug. 13-19 in Port Orange. James and Joan Schmadebeck sold 5818 Spruce Creek Woods Drive to Hugh and Janice Toles, as trustees, for $439,000. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,617 square feet.
Barefoot Park
Ashley Fales, of Port Orange, sold 119 Barefoot Trail to Robert and Eileen LiCausi, of Port Orange, for $93,000. Built in 2007, the manufactured home has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,312 square feet. It sold in 1992 for $23,800.
Efren Perez, of Berwyn, Illinois, sold 112 Barefoot Trail to James Gunn, of Port Orange, for $65,000. Built in 1983, the manufactured home has two bedrooms, two baths and 924 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $99,000.
Cambridge
Jody Properties LLC, of Hickory, sold 209 N. Brighton Drive to David Wallace, of Port Orange, for $205,000. Built in 1975, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,468 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $93,900.

Laura Scott, of New Smyrna Beach, sold 5656 Wood St. to Michael and Christopher Jones, of Port Orange, for $125,000. Built in 1983, the manufactured home has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,248 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $72,000.

Eric Rosenberg, of Port Orange, sold 3495 Country Walk Drive to Rudolph Defreitas, of South Daytona, for $135,800. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,391 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $99,900.

Patricia Van Duyne, of Daytona Beach, sold 3960 Willow Trail Run, Unit A3, to Macy Properties LLC, of Port Orange, for $80,000. Built in 1982, the townhouse has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,344 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $58,900.

Jerry Odom and Judy Guthrie sold 150 Westgate Drive to Jesse Wilcox, of Ledyard, Connecticut, for $58,000. Built in 1982, the manufactured home has two bedrooms, two baths and 504 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $58,000.

Charles and Patricia Baisley, of Ormond Beach, sold 1741 Weeping Elm Circle to James and Laura Kearns, of Buckeye, Arizona, for $320,000. Built in 2009, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,267 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $258,400.
