A house in Harbor Oaks was the top real estate transaction for Aug. 20-26 in Port Orange. Thomas and Michele Jordan sold 5683 Riverside Drive to Christopher Mai and Cathleen Luong, of Port Orange, for $560,000. Built in 1977, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, boat dock, boat house, swimming pool and 3,573 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $360,000.
Amber Village
Karen Antico, individually and as trustee, sold 831 McDonald Road to Brandon Parrish and Lisa Beauchene, of Port Orange, for $145,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,169 square feet. It sold in 1988 for $59,400.
Bentwood
Richard and Janet Barber, of Hollywood, Florida, sold 657 Needlerush Road to Christopher and Jeanette Caldwell, of Port Orange, for $375,000. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,750 square feet.

James and Marie Jarvis sold 5920 Broken Bow Lane to Andrew and Ashley Gaffka, of Port Orange, for $400,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,428 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $350,000.

Stephen Reeves, of Port Orange, sold 130 Wimbledon Court to Scott Hyde, of Port Orange, for $154,000. Built in 1976, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,596 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $127,000.

Gena Ginder sold 3467 Country Walk Drive to Jeffrey and Jo Ann Schwartz, of Port Orange, for $218,000. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,710 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $94,500.

Ronald and Jacquelyn Spilman, as trustees, sold 1457 Areca Palm Drive to Judith Bennett, of Port Orange, for $260,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,054 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $275,000.
South Port
Scott Randall, of Port Orange, sold 5820 Westport Drive to Heidi Haynes, of Port Orange, for $193,000. Built in 1986, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,514 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $159,000.
