A house in Ormond-by-the-Sea was the top real estate sales transaction for Aug. 20-26 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Betty Jane and Bruce Weiler, of Ormond Beach, sold 3310 John Anderson Drive to James and Carol Murray, of Ormond Beach, for $860,000. Built in 2002, the house has five bedrooms, 3.5 baths, two fireplaces, a swimming pool, boat dock and 3,738 square feet.
Ormond Beach
Gene and Maria Lake, individually and as trustees, sold 5 Queensgate Court to Jeralyn Dougherty, of Ormond Beach, for $374,000. Built in 1999, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,519 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $242,615.
John Rossi, of West Islip, New York, sold 99 Royal Palm Ave. to Roger and Michelle Strcula, and Rachel Strcula, of Ormond Beach, for $271,000. Built in 1962, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1997 for $116,000.
Tina Walsh, of Holly Hill, sold 3 Aucuba Circle to Brandon and Sarah Serle, of Ormond Beach, for $249,900. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,958 square feet.
Jan DeGraff, of Daytona Beach, sold 871 Loyola to Patricia and Dean Scheer, of Ormond Beach, for $220,000. Built in 1960, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,783 square feet. It sold in 1978 for $61,000.
Nicole Greear, of Kissimmee, sold 49 Wicksfield Court to William Bouvier, of Ormond Beach, for $155,000. Built in 1977, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,326 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $85,000.
Investor Trustee Services LLC, as trustee, sold 9 Fair Oaks Circle to Lorraine Bodigheimer and Joseph LaBruno, of Ormond Beach, for $104,900. Built in 1979, the townhouse has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,339 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $49,000.

Rick and Lauretta Bosang, of Ormond Beach, sold 7 Shadow Creek Way to Kyle and Alyssa Wolfersteig, of Ormond Beach, for $365,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,569 square feet.
Joan Tague and James Knudson, of Ormond Beach, sold 22 Creek Bluff Way to Catherine Smith, of Ormond Beach, for $250,000. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,006 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $173,000.
Halifax Plantation
Kenneth and Brenda Reece, of Florence, Kentucky, sold 3150 Connemara Drive to Bruce and Betty Jane Weiler, of Ormond Beach, for $318,000. Built in 2007, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,275 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $214,000.
Scott Thornton, individually and as trustee, sold 1163 Athlone Way to Maxine Hockstra and Reagan Sanders, of Ormond Beach, for $189,500. Built in 1999, the villa has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,506 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $189,000.
Ormond Lakes
Jose and Juanita Rosa, of Orlando, sold 12 Old Creek Circle to Daniel Fennell and Carmen Jaquez, of Ormond Beach, for $230,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,569 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $193,300.
Plantation Bay
Prestwick at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 1233 Castlehawk Lane to Michele Nowak, of Ormond Beach, for $802,146. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,969 square feet.
Robert Manke, of Spotsylvania, Virginia, sold 1297 Sunningdale Lane to Paul and Lynn King, of Ormond Beach, for $322,500. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,931 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $189,900.
Graziano and Elfrieda Gagliardi, of Green Valley, Arizona, sold 1285 Harwick Lane to Joanne Scee, of Ormond Beach, for $320,000. Built in 2012, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,412 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $275,000.
Prestwick at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 728 Aldenham Lane to John and Gail Sinicki, of Ormond Beach, for $199,900. Built in 2017, the villa has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,562 square feet.

Kathleen Savedow, of Ormond Beach, sold 209 Pine Cone Trail to Joan Tague, of Ormond Beach, for $172,000. Built in 1978, the townhouse has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 1,696 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $78,300.
Donald Johnson, of Ormond Beach, sold 328 Timberline Trail to Michael Lastinger, of Ormond Beach, for $170,500. Built in 1980, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,746 square feet. It sold in March for $125,000.
Tomoka Oaks
Melissa White, of Ormond Beach, sold 82 N. St. Andrews Drive to Roberto and Laidys Roque, of Ormond Beach, for $395,000 Built in 1970, the house has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,738 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $285,500.
Ormond-by-the-Sea
Janet Rodriguez, of Miami Lakes, sold 11 Capistrano Drive to Beverly Green and Patricia Martin, of Auburn, Georgia, for $550,000. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,438 square feet.
Paula and Charles King, individually and as trustees, sold 1 Ocean Side Drive to David and Jean Denyer, of Ocala, for $390,000. Built in 1957, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 870 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $325,000.
Antonio and Melinda Melachrino, of Ormond Beach, sold 41 Silk Oaks Drive to John and Jo Anderson, of Ormond Beach, for $320,000. Built in 1972, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,731 square feet.
Joy Graham, of West Palm Beach, sold 3360 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 404, to Thomas Davey, of Palm Coast, for $233,000. Built in 1983, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,275 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $315,000.
Alexander and Sandra Gasiel, of Palos Park, Illinois, sold 3180 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 413, to Michael and Sandra Hadden, of Ormond Beach, for $229,000. Built in 1994, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 983 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $179,900.
John, Joseph and Rae Bowser sold 33 Sandra Drive to Wide Open Properties LLC, of Baldwin, North Dakota, for $210,000. Built in 1963, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,464 square feet. It sold in 1985 for $77,500.
