A house in Oak Forest was the top real estate sales transaction for Aug. 27 to Sept. 2 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. The Frederick F. Ellis Family Limited Partnership, of Pawleys Island, South Carolina, sold 1523 Oak Forest Drive to Nael and Majda Hannoush, of Ormond Beach, for $1,335,000. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, boat house, boat dock and 4,911 square feet. It sold n 1989 for $385,000.
Ormond Beach
Brian and Cheryl Rowley, of Charlotte, North Carolina, sold 915 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 206, to Robert and Paula Schweppe, as trustees, for $222,500. Built in 1972, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,175 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $222,500.
Larry Hites Jr., of Bunnell, and Traci Hites, of Westminster, Colorado, sold 1409 Springleaf Drive to Roger and Alice Newton, of Ormond Beach, for $191,000. Built in 2013, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,414 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $156,800.
Stephen and Colleen Duffy, of Brookfield, Wisconsin, sold 60 Ravenwood Court to Timothy and Amie Smith, of Ormond Beach, for $168,000. Built in 1986, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,512 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $115,000.
Martha and Elizabeth Fridinger, individually and as trustees, sold 715 Fleming Ave. to Christopher and Rhiannon Charles, of Ormond Beach, for $149,500. Built in 1984, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,235 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $90,000.
Geraldine Cravener, of Daytona Beach, sold 160 Limewood Place, Unit B, to Aisling Santos, of Fresh Meadows, New York, for $135,000. Built in 1984, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,617 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $73,000.
Webster and Loretta Lingle, of Daytona Beach, sold 24 Oakwood Park to Loretta Baldwin, of Ormond Beach, for $135,000. Built in 1983, the townhouse has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,496 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $110,000.
SIGA Corp. Sold 1738 Carolina Ave. to Franklyn Williams, of Ormond Beach, for $90,000. Built in 1954, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 900 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $49,800.

Breakaway Trails Inc., of Daytona Beach, sold 18 Tomoka Ridge Way to George and Marilyn Conlon, as trustee, for $522,208. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, two half-baths and 2,748 square feet.

CP and SP Residential Land LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 421 Nottinghill St. to Austin and Goma Mayberry, of Ormond Beach, for $403,429. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 3,189 square feet.
CP and HG Residential Lots LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 1201 Regents St. to Ashley Clark, of Ormond Beach, for $335,500. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,979 square feet.
Halifax Plantation
Glenn Mulvenna, of Flagler Beach, sold 1480 Kilrush Drive to Barry Goldman, of Ormond Beach, for $340,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,788 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $295,000.
Plantation Bay
Geraldine Doyle, of Palm Coast, sold 1145 Hansberry Court to Michael and Arlene Reed, of Ormond Beach, for $190,000. Built in 2005, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1542 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $145,000.

Charles and Lea Moskowitz, individually and as trustees, sold 10 Shawnee Trail to Stephen and Darlene Wolfson, of Ormond Beach, for $335,000. Built in 1980, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 3,191 square feet.
M&R Property Group LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 318 Timberline Trail to Irina Pratusevich, as trustee, for $165,000. Built in 1981, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,348 square feet. It sold in 1981 for $59,900.
Burdette Martin, of Northfield, Illinois, sold 4 Timberline Trail, Unit B, to Wren Properties LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $85,000. Built in 1977, the villa has one bedroom, one bath and 1,260 square feet. It sold in 1983 for $58,000.
Tomoka Oaks
John and Kimberly Restuccia, of Ormond Beach, sold 63 St. Andrews Terrace to Douglas Beach and Danielle Lind, of Ormond Beach, for $275,000. Built in 1975, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool and 2,583 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $132,000.
Ormond-by-the-Sea
Jason and Mary Fox, of Flagler Beach, sold 3560 Ocean Shore Blvd. to Robert and Olga Rubio, of Ormond Beach, for $639,000. Built in 1980, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,585 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $680,000.
Carla Hopson, as representative, sold 2627 John Anderson Drive to Lisa Passi, of Ormond Beach, for $550,000. Built in 1987, the house has one bedroom, one bath, a fireplace, boat dock, 3,389 square feet and two detached buildings.
Larry Mesick, of Ormond Beach, sold 7 Sea Dunes Terrace to Stephen Richardson, of Ormond Beach, for $350,000. Built in 1978, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,981 square feet. It sold in 1978 for $68,000.
Richard Cheney, of Ormond Beach, sold 120 Sandpiper Ridge Drive to James and Deborah Mooney, of Ormond Beach, for $280,000. Built in 1994, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,750 square feet.
18 Rivocean LLC, of Winter Park, sold 18 Rivocean Drive to Russel and Sheri Little, of Beaufort, South Carolina, for $240,000. Built in 1957, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,073 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $153,500.
John and Margaret Krishon, of Ormond Beach, sold 2222 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 105B, to Douglas and Lori Huston, of Rockwood, Pennsylvania, for $210,000. Built in 1981, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,150 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $150,000.
David and Sharon Hunt, of Bridgewater, New Jersey, sold 2390 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 202, to Julie and Michael Boyer, of Saint Johns, for $197,005. Built in 1990, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 936 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $300,000.
