Police are looking for 60-year-old Marry Theresa Reeves who called the "211 Brevard" hotline and notified a worker she wanted to kill herself, according to the Port Orange Police Department.
On Monday, April 2, at approximately 4:30 p.m., the Port Orange Police Department was notified that Reeves called the assistance hotline for food, shelter, and suicide prevention.
Reeves told the hotline worker that she had a bottle of medication, wanted to kill herself and was currently in Port Orange. Reeves would not give her exact location.
Investigation revealed Reeves may have been in the vicinity of 4484 S. Ridgewood Ave., Port Orange, but officers were unable to locate her.
Reeves should be driving a White 2002 Honda Civic FL Tag # 2996QR.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Reeves is asked to notify the Port Orange Police Department via the Volusia County Central Dispatch Center at 248-1777.
