Details: The Flagler Humane Society and the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals will be hosting a “Town Howl” gathering at the shelter to recognize the role we all play in forming policy that prevents animal cruelty. April is Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Month.
