It sold in 2017 for $360,000.

Debra Smith and Ashley Stine, of Port Orange, sold 714 Cindy Circle to Ava Blumenthal, of North Lauderdale, for $116,000. Built in 1983, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,248 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $70,000.

Annemarie Morris, of Port Orange, sold 970 S. Lakewood Terrace to Elias and Elizabeth Giagoudakis, of Port Orange, for $200,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,834 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $335,000.
