Joseph Price’s historic Hammock Home with was the top real estate transaction for March 25 through March 31 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Jack and Lillian Arrants, of Ormond Beach, sold 311 John Anderson to Ian Thompson, of Jacksonville, for $925,000. Built in 1915, the house has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, five fireplaces, a swimming pool, boat dock with a lift, and 5,487 square feet. It sold in 1980 for $245,000.

Michael Pienciak, of Astoria, New York, sold 1099 Parkside Drive to Joshwa Lawrence and Goddess Santiago, of Ormond Beach, for $215,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,619 square feet. It sold in 1979 for $57,900.
Randall and Susan Tolbert, of Ormond Beach, sold 163 Fairway Drive to Joy Anderson, of Ormond Beach, for $244,000. Built in 1957, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,368 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $111,000.
Stephanie Rowley and Thomas Upson, of Ormond Beach and Nolensville, Tennessee, sold 907 Quail Run to Thomas Kenahan and Tiffany Farthing, of Ormond Beach, for $250,000. Built in 1973, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,580 square feet.
Michael Frazier, of Southlake, Texas, sold 72 Rockefeller Drive to Neil and Susan Haase, of Ormond Beach, for $285,000. Built in 1956, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, gazebo and 1,462 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $157,000.
Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as trustee, sold 548 McIntosh Road to Michael Short, of Ormond Beach, for $141,600. Built in 1956, the house has three bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,508 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $95,600.
D.R. Horton, Inc., as trustee, sold 238 River Vale Lane to Irena Brzoska, of Ormond Beach, for $237,415. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,813 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $484,000.
Henderina McCollough, of Ormond Beach, sold 611 S. Ridgewood Ave. to Thomas and Kathleen Mose, of Ormond Beach, for $156,000. Built in 1953, the house has three bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,544 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $94,000.
Russell Hill, of Ormond Beach, sold 20 Parkview Lane to Michael Dempsey, of Ormond Beach, for $177,000. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,256 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $165,000.
WMA Properties, LLC, as trustee, sold 180 N. Halifax Drive to Jo Ellen Zayer, of Ormond Beach, for $244,000. Built in 1960, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,938 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $148,000.

Breakaway Trails, Inc., as trustee, sold 7 Double Palm Way to Nita and Amit Patel, of Ormond Beach, for $699,821. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, four baths and 4,491 square feet.
Coquina Point
Arif Kutlusoy, of Delmar, Delaware, sold 1 China Moon Drive to Michael and Patricia Stovall, of Ormond Beach, for $282,500. Built in 1991, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, a swimming pool, Jacuzzi and 2,346 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $280,000.
Ormond Lakes
John and Rose Spelman, of Palm Coast, sold 11 Cotton Mill Court to Bret and Annette Berg, of Ormond Beach, for $350,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool, Jacuzzi and 2,428 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $305,000.
Plantation Bay
Prestwick at Plantation Bay, as trustee, sold 656 Aldenham Lane to Daniel Witzel and Kathleen Witzel, of Ormond Beach, for $416,731. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,514 square feet.
Prestwick at Plantation Bay, as trustee, sold 747 Aldenham Lane to Johnny McMath, Jr., of Ormond Beach, for $224,830. Built in 2018, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,562 square feet.
Joan Latture, of Ormond Beach, sold 1141 Hansberry Court to Robert and Maryalice Villacampa, of Ormond Beach, for $210,000. Built in 2005, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,604 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $174,900.

Marilyn Cassell, of East Meadow, New York, sold 103 Old Barn Trail to Elizabeth Smith, of Ormond Beach, for $186,000 Built in 1998, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,392 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $102,900.

Wilma and Robert Braun, of Leesburg, sold 1239 Ocean Shore Blvd., unit 4-A-1, to Mary Ann and David Salazar, of Altamonte Springs, for $419,000. Built in 1984, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,853 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $249,000.
Richard and Emily Hilliard, of South Daytona, sold 52 Palmetto Drive to Matteo Mongelli, of North Ft. Myers, for $175,000. Built in YEAR, the house has three bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 700 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $148,000.
Robert and Carolyn Stewart, of Harrison, Tennessee, sold 1275 Ocean Shore Blvd., unit 402, to Robert and Jane Newton, of Brandon, Wisconsin, for $271,500. Built in 1982, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,013 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $150,000.
Marsha La Hue, of Hickory, North Carolina, sold 3390 Ocean Shore Blvd., unit 205, to Debrah Van Weest, of Ormond Beach, for $175,000. Built in 1984, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,213 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $130,000.
Wayne and Gayle Conover, of Stockton, New Jersey, sold 1295 Ocean Shore Blvd., unit 603, to Joan Harroun, of Ormond Beach, for $330,000. Built in 1991, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,326 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $175,000.
Bambi Hudak, of Ormond Beach, sold 57 Carol Road A, to Greg Davis and Ruth Davis, of Ormond Beach, for $180,000. Built in 1974, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,100 square feet. It sold in 1982 for $55,000.
Joseph Bento, of Dorchester, Massachussets, sold 2820 Ocean Shore Blvd., unit 20, to Michael and Letvia Kotchkoski, of Lewis Center, Ohio, for $140,000. Built in 1972, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,216 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $111,500.
