Hawks' Scott dominates in rout of Seabreeze

Spruce Creek defeated the Sandcrabs 42-0 in the season opener.

After a disappointing loss to Seminole in the preseason, Spruce Creek opened 2018 with a bang in a 42-0 win over Seabreeze in the season opener on the night of Friday, Aug. 24, at Daytona Stadium. The Hawks were led by Warner Christian transfer Marvin Scott, who torched the Sandcrabs to the tune of 212 yards and four touchdowns — all in the first half.
