Port Orange Police Department detectives found a body Friday morning, and they think it may be Thomas McMullen Jr., the suspect in Diana Kessler's death.

The body was found in the woods near 2500 block of West International Speedway Boulevard, according to a police department press release. An autopsy will be scheduled to confirm the identity and determine the cause of death, however detectives think it was a suicide.

Police searched for McMullen after Kessler was found dead Monday evening.

McMullen's parents, Thomas Sr. and Linda, said their son trespassed in their home while they were more than 1,200 miles away on vacation. Their neighbor was visiting their home to feed their cat when he found Kessler's body and called the police.
