International Motorsports Center, the gleaming high-rise at One Daytona, is home to more than just motorsports-related businesses.
The most recent occupant is Wynn Financial Group, financial advisers who joined Ameriprise Financial Services Inc. at the end of 2017 and moved from their North U.S. 1 office in Ormond Beach into I.M.C.
Wynn Financial Group consists of the three daughters of Greg Wynn, who started a local financial planning business in 1977 and retired in 2015.
Erin Wynn Masters, a certified financial planner, said his retirement meant they were down a person on the team, and they needed to make a strategic change. They switched from Raymond James Financial, where they were an independent company, to Ameriprise. All local Ameriprise agents are located on the second floor of I.M.C. and receive administrative, technical and marketing support.
“We have more time to spend with clients,” Masters said.
Galin Wynn Crist is also a certified financial analyst, and she and Masters are both licensed Medicare representatives. Kirsten Wynn Moore handles marketing and client relations. Together, the daughters have 49 years of experience in financial planning. Masters also is a certified divorce financial analyst.
Masters said their new centralized location allows clients to combine their visit with other activities such as dining or shopping because of the growth in the area.
“It’s exciting to see the groundswell of energy in Daytona Beach,” she said.

Other non-racing businesses in I.M.C. are Greenman Pedersen Inc. and Team Volusia. There is 1,250 square feet of office space available, according to spokesman Andrew Booth.
Also, 15,000 square feet of office space is available in the One Daytona complex, Booth said.
