Port Orange Family Donates $10,000 to Wilson Rotunda Project at Bethune-Cookman University

The funds will help support student scholarships.

Port Orange residents Beverly Patrick and Gordon Patrick recently donated $10,000 on Saturday, February 10, to the Wilson Rotunda Project at Bethune-Cookman University. Funds from the Wilson Rotunda Project will go toward supporting student scholarships.

"The University is grateful for scholarships which aid students in reducing their student loan debt," Communications Director Usula James wrote. 

In 2018, 46 percent of B-CU’s student body are first-generation college students.
