Details: As part of the 2018 Birds of a Feather Fest, the Big Backyard will feature an exhibit and two shows by the Audubon Center for Birds of Prey in Maitland at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. Guided bird walks for all ages will be begin at 8 and 10 a.m. as well as noon and 2 p.m.

Details: Moose Peterson has traveled the world for 40 years photographing birds and other wildlife, and his photos have been published in more than 150 books and magazines. A limited number of tickets are available for a pre-event reception with Peterson. Sign up at birdingfest.com. While tickets are not required for the lecture, space can be reserved in advance through the registration site. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.
