The top selling residence for June 3-9 in Port Orange and South Daytona was a house with 1,244 square feet. Jon Garner, individually and as representative, sold 112 Venetian Way to Dionisio and Correne Campbell, of Port Orange, for $550,000. Built in 1961, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock and boat house. It sold in 1971 for $26,000.

 

Ashton Lakes

Rosemary and Paul Bowman sold 6214 Tortoise Creek Lane to James Brodick, of Port Orange, for $310,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,181 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $289,000.

 

Bayridge

Keith and Barbara Wigle sold 812 Bayridge Lane to Dennis Laswell, of Port Orange, for $370,000. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,681 square feet.

 

Countryside

Thomas Reiter and Bart Reiter, of Island Park, New York, sold 962 Smokerise Blvd. to Steven and Betty Smith, of Port Orange, for $265,000. Built in 1994, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,994 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $145,500.

 

George and Terri Cravens, of West Palm Beach, sold 835 Clear Lake Drive to William and Gena Hilger, of Port Orange, for $242,000. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,039 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $229,000.

 

Hamlet

Breckenridge Property Fund 2016 LLC, of Redondo Beach, California, sold 909 Whiporwill Drive to Douglas and Michelle Walker, of Port Orange, for $229,950. Built in 1984, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,541 square feet. It sold in 1993 for $80,000.

 

Harbor Oaks

Carl and Judith Knuelle sold 5808 Riverside Drive to Kenneth and Mary Quattrone, of Alleghany, New York, for $207,500. Built in 1984, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,395 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $255,000.

 

Harbor Point

Dwight and Doloris Black, of Daytona Beach, sold 1263 Harbour Point Drive to Thomas and Sandra Martin, as trustees, for $195,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,295 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $154,200.

 

Laurelwood

Nadine Sirjane, of Fair Haven, Vermont, sold 742 Larado Drive to Craig and Valerie Smith, of Port Orange, for $155,000. Built in 1984, the manufactured home has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,428 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $38,000.

 

Not in Subdivision

Earl and Sharlene Brady, of Lexington, Kentucky, sold 830 Airport Road, Unit 710, to Hayrettin and Ayfer Tarhan, of Port Orange, for $155,000. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,351 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $130,000.

 

Oakland Park

Jeffrey and Kathleen Koontz, as trustees, sold 424 Nash Lane to Chad Kirby and Jacklyn Gonzalez, of Port Orange, for $310,000. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,129 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $247,500.

 

Sunset Cove

Barry and Tracy Lusk sold 3834 Sunset Cove Drive to Nicholas and Nicole Kubik, of Port Orange, for $269,500. Built in 2007, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,988 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $285,400.

 

Venetian Way

Aaron and Abby Soltz, of New Smyrna Beach, sold 1491 Nappa Drive to Brady and Christie Benishek, of Port Orange, for $290,000. Built in 1996, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool and 2,046 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $170,000.

 

Waters Edge

Susan Farmer and Dennis Kapalko, of Valrico, sold 6605 Mansour Lane to Stephen and Julie Guleff, of Port Orange, for $275,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,921 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $161,645.

 

Woodlake

Richard and Patricia Thebo, of Port Orange, sold 807 Sanders Road to Stephen and Marilou Brown, of Port Orange, for $237,500. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,620 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $163,000.

 

SOUTH DAYTONA

 

Alex James and Charlann Wriak, of South Daytona, sold 942 Pineapple Road to Steven and Elizabeth Baie, of South Daytona, for $262,500. Built in 1969, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,586 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $105,000.

 

Stephen and Kenice Grand, of Ormond Beach, sold 700 Largo Way to Joyce Owens and Cheryl McGrath, of South Daytona, for $181,500. Built in 1960, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,488 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $181,500.

 

James and Christina Shultz sold 2272 Garfield Drive to Stanley Longstreet and Bradley Barkby, of Sturgis, Michigan, for $140,500. Built in 1987, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,248 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $123,000.

 

Sandy Circle LLC, of Port Orange, sold 239 Sandy Circle to Heather Guinaugh, of South Daytona, for $130,600. Built in 1962, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,037 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $110,000.

 

ZSZ LLC sold 2098 Oak Meadow Circle to Hannah Payne, and Bradley and Andrea Payne, of Daytona Beach, for $110,000. Built in 1984, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,321 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $65,000.

 

Phillip and Lauren Reynolds, of Port Orange, sold 830 Airport Road, Unit 610, to JoAnn Petersen, of Daytona Beach, for $150,700. Built in 2002, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,351 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $115,000.

 

Osprey Foundation LLC, as trustee, sold 12 Cherrywood Court to Robert Crane and Jane Neveu-Crane, of Derry, New Hampshire, for $83,200. Built in 1985, the manufacture home has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,128 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $19,000.
