Randall and Laura Riddle sold 793 Ashton Lakes Blvd. to Kent Curry, as trustee, for $325,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,991 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $260,000.
