Kascel Therapy LLC, a Palm Coast-based pediatric occupational therapy company providing outpatient clinic and early intervention services, is seeing significant growth, according to a news release.
With help from Ray Peter — area manager and consultant at the Florida SBDC at the University of Central Florida — Jennifer Baker and her husband, Kevin Baker, founded the company with the mission to "help children reach their potential" by teaching them how to improve the cognitive, self-care, sensory and play skills they need throughout the day.
What began as a company serving zero children grew to serve a trickle of five. They now serve almost 50 pediatric occupational therapy clients, which forced them to a new, larger facility, which is located at 15 Cypress Branch Way. In addition, new processes and procedures are in place to manage the business.
Jennifer Baker has 16 years of experience as a certified pediatric occupational therapist, while her husband manages the business operations.
