Peggy and Woodrow Sharkey, of Daytona Beach, sold 200 N. Beach St. to Donald and Julie Rhodes, of Ormond Beach, for $699,000. Built in 1911, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, boat dock and 2,759 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $575,000.

Michael Kurowski sold 16 N. Ravensfield Lane to Ashley Morelli, of Ormond Beach, for $395,500. Built in 1996, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,595 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $260,000.
Evans and Charlotte Nichols, of Ormond Beach, sold 823 Loyola Drive to Robert Ross, of Ormond Beach, for $264,000. Built in 1963, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,800 square feet. It sold in 1978 for $43,000.
Troy and Desiree Gachett, of Ormond Beach, sold 74 Chrysanthemum Drive to Ireny Sedrak, of Ormond Beach, for $259,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,503 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $193,700.
Richard and Deborah Johnson, of DeLand, sold 50 Plaza Drive to Whitney and Michael Lynch, of Ormond Beach, for $254,000. Built in 1963, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,468 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $172,000.
