The Port Orange Our Lady of Hope Knights of Columbus Council 8086 recently worked with Habitat For Humanity to construct a home in Edgewater.

The two organizations came together on Saturday, Feb. 24, to begin the initial phase of construction on the house. Knights and their spouses helped cut wood and raise structural walls. They will continue with the project until completion with painting and sod laying.
