The Ormond Beach Police Department, along with the Ormond Beach Police Athletic League and the city of Ormond Beach, held "Unity in the Community" on Saturday March 17.
OBPD advertised the event as a family-friendly culturally diverse event with the community, and offered free food and refreshments to all those who attended. It was a warm afternoon as OBPD officers and OBPAL leaders interacted with local children, from eating burgers alongside them to pushing them on the swings.
