The top selling residence for April 15-21 in Port Orange and South Daytona is a house in Reedy Creek Acres. Fretwell Construction Company, of Daytona Beach, sold 5826 Boggs Ford Road to Robert and Cynthia Horn, of Daytona Beach Shores, for $770,000. Built in 2018, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 6,529 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $120,000. 

Commonwealth

Stuart and Barbara Frankford, of Port Orange, sold 5400 Pineland Ave. to Forte Florida Rentals, of Edgewater, for $42,500. Built in 1971, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 960 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $59,000. 

Mary Harbert, of Warwick, Rhode Island, sold 5453 Isabelle Ave. to Steve Slowinski, of Port Orange, for $40,000. Built in 1969, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 672 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $34,900. 

Countryside

Mary Gordon, of Port Orange, sold 906 Smokerise Blvd. to Mina Habib and Shahd Kamhia, of Port Orange, for $241,000. Built in 1990, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,932 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $235,000. 

Harbor Oaks

Deborah Yampaglia sold 5944 Riverside Drive to Ashley Thurman, of Port Orange, for $175,000. Built in 1953, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,079 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $120,500. 

Harbour Town

Roberta Swift, of Kinmundy, Illinois, sold 5489 Landis Ave. to Anthony DiAntonio, of Port Orange, for $189,000. Built in 1991, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and and 1,608 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $85,000. 

Laurelwood

Charles and Sharon Smith sold 787 Laurel Spring Drive to Joseph and Debra White, of Russell, New York, for $105,000. Built in 1983, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 864 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $64,900. 

Norwood 

Gary Mostert and Sheryl Ann Summers, of Daytona Beach, sold 5020 Riverside Drive to Charles and Rita Campbell, of Port Orange, for $540,000. Built in 1956, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,262 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $107,501. 

Barry and Diane Rovelto, of Port Orange, sold 5086 Riverside Drive to Elsa Withhold and James Carter, of Port Orange, for $399,500. Built in 1949, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, two fireplaces and 1,814 square feet. It sold in 1992 for $170,000. 

Palms Del Mar

Jesse and Kristine Rankin, of Shawano, Wisconsin, sold 6125 Del Rio Drive to Matthew and Alesie Martel, of Port Orange, for $339,000. Built in 1998, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,132 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $120,100. 

Port Orange Plantation 

Timothy Davis sold 5301 Plantation Home Way to Edward and Belinda  Mattoni, of Port Orange, for $234,500. Built in 2012, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,845 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $165,800. 

Sleepy Hollow

Alejandro and Rene Rodriguez and Jessica Rike, of Port Orange, sold 701 Priscilla Court, to Richard Hunt, of Port Orange, for $228,000. Built in 1977, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,630 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $145,000. 

Spruce Creek Fly In 

Joanne Picard, of Pelham, New Hampshire, sold 2581 Taxiway Echo to Curt Kriedeman, of Port Orange, for $315,000. Built in 1984, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,781 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $175,000. 

Spruce Creek Village

Stephen Slowinski, of Port Orange, sold 420 Laurie Lane to Franklin and Lisa Rybolt, of Port Orange, for $110,000. Built in 1998, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,836 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $77,100. 

Waters Edge

John and Patricia Coykendall, of Wantage, New Jersey, sold 6928 Vintage Lane to Kimberly Galiardo, of Port Orange, for $255,000. Built in 2010, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,698 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $190,00. 

Woods Port Orange 

Helen Derham, of Wildwood, sold 433 Merrimac Drive to Mark and Betty Redding, of Sweetwater, New Jersey, for $269,900. Built in 1979, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,942 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $271,200. 

Not in subdivision 

Sean Jennings, of Port Orange, sold 1271 Vagabond Drive to Sheryl and Jack Glascock, of New Smyrna Beach, for $44,900. Built in 1987, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 924 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $39,000. 

South Daytona

Annette Cross, of Bridgewater, Nova Scotia, Canada, sold 1600 Big Tree Road, Unit I7, to Jason Richards, of Daytona Beach, for $85,000. Built in 1986, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 833 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $150,500. 

J. Michael and Sabra Keesee, of Cherokee, Georgia, to Ralph and Wanda Roberts, of Port Orange, for $190,200. Built in 1972, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,463 square feet. It sold in 1972 for $23,100.

James Gibbs sold 2801 S. Ridgewood Ave., Unit 314, to Vivian Tachau, of South Daytona, for $240,000. Built in 2008, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,615 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $230,000. 

Brent Merilson, trustee, sold 1039 Sheri Blvd. to Catherine Clark, of Irma, New Jersey, for $112,000. Built in 2000, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,560 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $72,500. 

Michael Gagliardi sold 1601 Big Tree Road, Unit 504, to Andrew Liberatiscioli, of Daytona Beach, for $80,000. Built in 1989, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 864 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $82,000. 

RonnAnn Naedele-Risha and Ernet Risha, of Woolwich Township, New Jersey, sold 169 Deskin Drive to Doug Barclay, of South Daytona, for $210,000. Built in 1996, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,727 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $223,500.
