The owners of Flagler Bike N’ Coffee Shop, Tom and Kelli Nugent, announced they have relocated the shop to a larger space in the same shopping plaza, according to a news release. The new location is 109 Flagler Plaza Drive in Palm Coast.

The company started off in 2016 at a small shop in Flagler Beach across from the Veteran’s Park. The following year, they moved to a larger location on Flagler Plaza Drive, knowing they would have to wait for a larger unit in the plaza to be remodeled. With the larger space, the company expanded their line of cycling products and services including E-Bike conversions, and they also expanded their workforce and athletic nutrition products and added a coffee bar.

The company has also expanded their hours. The new hours are 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday.

Grand Living Realty hosting holiday collection for military

Lindsay Dolamore, CEO and managing broker at Grand Living Realty, announced that the company is hosting a holiday collection for active military service men and women for the sixth year in a row, according to a news release.

This year, they are collecting for the U.S Naval Forces Central Command and the U.S. Fifth Fleet in Bahrain. NSA Bahrain provides operational support to U.S. forces operating throughout the CENTCOM area of responsibility, ensuring security to ships, aircraft, detachments and remote sites.

Grand Living Realty will be collecting items listed below from Dec. 1 through Dec. 10 at their main office, which is located at 2298 Colbert Lane in Palm Coast. Boxes will be packed with all the donations and delivered to the post office on Dec. 11. Grand Living Realty pays the cost of shipping the boxes to CENTCOM.

Hot Yoga Lounge changes locations

Hot Yoga Lounge announced the moving of their studio to an expanded location across the street, according to a news release. The new location is at 25 Pine Cone Drive in Palm Coast.

HYL was the first yoga studio in the city. After experiencing growth over more than six years, and with the renewal lease up, studio owner Heather Doutrick made the decision to move her second story space to the first floor with a substantial rent increase or find another location. She found the new location about eight weeks later and purchased it.

"I am so excited about the new space," she said in a release. "Our new building brings a positive vibe that will support our strong yoga community."
