A house on Central Park Blvd. in the Seminole Woods subdivision was the top transaction for Sept. 20-27 in Port Orange. Chester E. Perkowski Jr., of Ormond Beach, sold 715 Central Park to Enrique and Beatriz Clausen, of Port Orange, for $395,000. Built in 1989, the house has five bedrooms, five baths, a swimming pool and 3,649 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $171,600.

Here is a partial list of the week’s other top sales:

HARBOR OAKS

Patrick and Barbara Putnam, of Port Orange, sold to James and Susan Ruggiero, of Port Orange, for 5817 Riverside for $390,000. Built in 1955, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a dock and 1,484 square feet. It sold in 1990 for $100,000.

STERLING CHASE

Jean M. Dandorf, of Port Orange, sold 6090 Pheasant Ridge to Aswanth Kamepalli and Lakshmi Prathyusha Nannapaneni, of Port Orange, for $352,250. Built in 1999, the house has four bedrooms, one bath, a swimming pool and 2,216 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $166, 900.

SANCTUARY ON SPRUCE CREEK

Stephen Dalane, of New Jersey, sold 6012 Sanctuary Garden to Paul D. Wagner and Margaret G. Wagner, of Port Orange, for $310,000. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,037 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $170,365. 

PORT ORANGE PLANTATION

Yunior Rodriguez and Dayana Garcia, of Port Orange, sold 5305 Plantation Home to David Schmidt and Arlene Scardaville-Schmidt, of Port Orange, for $310,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,347 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $294,900.

VILLAGES OF ROYAL PALM

Robert King and Carroll Ahearn-King, of Port Orange, sold 1385 Coconut Palm to Lori Hurson, of Port Orange, for $300,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 1,961 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $245,249.
