A house on 1814 Roscoe Turner in the Spruce Creek Fly-In subdivision was the top transaction between Sept. 28 and Oct. 12 in Port Orange. Marilyn Harman, of Orange City, sold 1814 Roscoe Turner to Teodoro and Katherine Lassally, of Port Orange, for $750,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, five bathrooms, a swimming pool, spa and 2,991 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $130,000.

Water's Edge

Michael and Mary Dwyer, of California, sold 6721 Merryvale to Julius Parniezky, of Port Orange, for $612,000. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a swimming pool and 4,286 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $412,700.

Wells Fargo Bank National Association sold 6618 Merryvale to Aquillino and Linda Lucia, of Massachusetts, for $384,300. Built in 2006, the house has five bedrooms, three bathrooms and 3,272 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $424,325. 

Joshua and Erica Kane, of California, sold 1908 Creekwater to Tracy Bye, of New Jersey, for $390,000. Built in 2005, the house has five bedrooms, three bathrooms, swimming pool, spa and 2,805 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $355, 587. 

A Quiet Place in the Country 

John Dawson, of Port Orange, sold 175 E Country to Michael and Sandra Drywa, of Port Orange, for $417,500. Built in 1999, the house has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a swimming pool, spa and 2,402 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $32,000.

Sterling Chase

Kathryn and Gary Bell, of Port Orange, sold 770 Foxhound to Linda Dann and Ruth Ross, of Port Orange, for $379,900. Built in 2001, the house has four bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a swimming pool and 2,607 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $200,900. 

Summer Trees South 

Ronald and Cindy Lucero, of Tennessee, sold 1312 Shadow Path to Kurt and Miriam Kolt, of Port Orange, for $350,000. Sold in 2002, the house has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a swimming pool, a deck and 2,508 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $792,000.

The Space Coast Credit Union in Melbourne sold 6035 Spruce Point  to Richard and Paulette Cappello, of Port Orange, for $330,000. Built in 2003, the house has four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a swimming pool and 2,600 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $209,000. 

Other

Thomas and Delores Allen, of Port Orange, sold 5831 Boggs Ford to Stephen Crass and Katherine Detjen, of Port Orange, for $340,000. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a swimming pool and 2,146 square feet. It sold in 1975 for $8,000.
