Details: To celebrate the Jewish New Year of 5779, Temple Beth-El's Rabbi Courtney Berman will lead the synagogue's High Holiday services. All are welcome to attend. Rosh Hashanah Eve is on Sunday, Sept. 9. Rosh Hashanah Morning will take place the next day at 10 a.m., with children's services at 2 p.m. Taschlich at RiverGrille follows that at 3:30pm. Rosh Hashanah's second day service is at 10 a.m., Sept. 11

Details: Learn how to ring handbells with a free class beginning Sept. 10. The class will meet every Monday from 4-5 p.m. It will focus on ringing technique and is designed for beginners of all ages. Details: As part of Ocean Art Gallery's community commitment, the gallery will conduct a brief program titled "We Will Not Forget" to remember those who died in the attacks on 9/11.
