Residents living on Spruce Creek Road starting from Taylor Road South are advised to boil water after a water main broke around 11 p.m. on Sept. 16 on Spruce Creek Road, according to a press release from the City of Port Orange.

Public Works isolated the leak and stopped water flow around noon the following day, and repairs should be completed by Sept. 17. Residents living in the affected area are advised to boil their water through Sept. 19 as a precaution. Some residents may be out of water, and most customers may experience low pressure as repairs are made.
