A house on the Halifax River was the top real estate transaction for Aug. 19-25 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. James and Noreen Lyons, and Patricia Lyons sold 2690 John Anderson Drive to Russell Agee and Nancy Scott, of Ormond Beach, for $717,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms three baths, a fireplace, boat dock, boat house and 2,329 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $570,000. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.
Ormond Beach
Steven Carduner, individually and as trustee, sold 395 S. Atlantic Ave., Unit 5060, to Karl and Cynthia Pond, of Ormond Beach, for $400,000. Built in 1982, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,824 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $395,000.
Irene Devlin, of Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey, sold 395 S. Atlantic Ave., Unit 3030, to Delos and Karen Keene, of Alexandria, Virginia, for $390,000. Built in 1982, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,109 square feet. It sold in 1990 for $170,000.
Terrilynn Cook sold 50 Benjamin Drive to Frederick Bowermaster, of Ormond Beach, for $266,000. Built in 1956, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,980 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $134,900.
Sea Front Partners LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 80 Loyola Drive to France Olenick, of Ormond Beach, for $224,500. Built in 1960, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,709 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $95,000.
Marcella Lynch, of Ormond Beach, sold 12 Oak Ave. to Deborah Stemmie, of Ormond Beach, for $174,900. Built in 1984, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,440 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $120,000.
Sakina McKenzie sold 113 Bonita Place to Lauren and Tammy Gillis, of Ormond Beach, for $170,000. Built in 1967, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,460 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $77,000.
Pamela Hampton, of Augusta, Georgia, sold 109 Northbrook Lane to Team Systems International LLC, of Ponte Vedra Beach, for $170,000. Built in 1980, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,512 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $36,000.
Sandra Wahl, of Mechanicsville, Virginia, sold 118 Northbrook Lane to Luis and Diana Moscoso, of Homestead, for $154,000. Built in 1981, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,183 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $95,000.
Frederick Lewis, of Winston Salem, North Carolina, sold 203 S. Orchard St., Unit 3A, to William Ferro Jr., of Ormond Beach, for $96,250. Built in 1984, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,083 square feet. It sold in 1985 for $51,000.
Michael Witte, of New Hartford, New York, sold 1919 Woodcrest Drive to Mark Baumann, as trustee, for $51,000. Built in 1979, the mobile home has two bedrooms, two baths and 968 square feet. It sold in 1993 for $20,000.

James Harrison Jr. and Mary Trawick sold 93 Carriage Creek Way to Jerry and Sharon Leventhal, of Ormond Beach, for $260,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,799 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $297,000.
Chelsea Place
Michael and Timatha Thomas sold 201 Chelsea Place to Stephen Obeng, of Ormond Beach, for $380,000. Built in 2010, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,593 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $322,000.
Halifax Plantation
Janet Welsh sold 3136 Kailani Court to Robert Smith, of Ormond Beach, for $222,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,684 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $145,000.
Hunter’s Ridge
Gayland and Gloria Smith sold 177 Pergola Place to Michael and Timatha Thomas, of Ormond Beach, for $258,500. Built in 2015, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,983 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $234,600.
Ormond Lakes
Lindahl Properties LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 103 Emerald Oaks Lane to Thomas and Barbara McLaughlin, of Ormond Beach, for $508,000. Built in 2007, the house has three bedrooms, four baths and 3,448 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $230,000.
Plantation Bay
Prestwick at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 706 Aldenham Lane to Martha Laskoski, of Ormond Beach, for $251,170. Built in 2017, the townhouse has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,056 square feet.
The Trails
Deanna Rizzi, of Jacksonville, sold 2 Timberline Trail, Unit B, to Elaine Logan, of Westcliffe, Colorado, for $146,000. Built in 1977, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,391 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $108,000.
Tomoka Estates
Scott and Stephanie Mullaly, individually and as trustee, sold 985 Shockney Drive to Derek and Amie MacDonald, of Ormond Beach, for $660,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, 3. 5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 3,256 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $625,000.
Ormond-by-the-Sea
Alicia and Eric Casas, of Ormond Beach, sold 2 Seabreeze Drive to Joanne Keller and Robert Spencer, of Ormond Beach, for $330,000. Built in 1956, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,466 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $89,000.
Thomas and Alice Pitoscia sold 9 Sunny Beach Drive to Marie Connell, of Ormond Beach, for $304,000. Built in 1967, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,768 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $160,000.
Jane Byrne, of Holly Hill, sold 3370 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 4050, to Rajesh Shah and Maryrose Galluzzo, of Austin, Texas, for $248,000. Built in 1987, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,275 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $98,500.
Kathleen Kelly, of Ormond Beach, sold 46 Ocean Crest Drive to Robyn Court, of Alliance, Ohio, for $240,000. Built in 1959, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,441 square feet.
David McCann sold 20 Hibiscus Drive to Michael Morse, of Ormond Beach, for $140,000. Built in 1953, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 700 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $90,000.
Eve and Scott Purvis sold 1575 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit B040, to Rogie and Cynthia Hough, of DeLand, for $136,500. Built in 1974, the condo has one bedroom, one bath and 450 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $102,500.
