Flagler County Sheriff Rick Staly will hold the second annual public Addressing Crime Together meeting at the Hilton Garden Inn in Palm Coast at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 18. At the meeting, Sheriff Staly will discuss crime in Flagler County, the initiatives the Sheriff’s Office has made to improve public service, and agency plans for 2019.

“We have an amazing team working at the Sheriff’s Office and the results reflect that. Since our last meeting, crime in Flagler County under the Sheriff's primary jurisdiction is down 22%,” Sheriff Staly said in a press release. “Our crime reduction strategies are working. My vision for the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office is, and always has been, to be available to the citizens we serve and protect. In keeping with our guardianship policing methods, we are also seeking input from the community on ways we can better serve you.”

Sheriff Staly will be joined by Bunnell Police Chief Tom Foster and Flagler Beach Police Chief Matt Doughney and other elected officials.

The Hilton Garden Inn is located at 55 Town Center Blvd. in Palm Coast. Everyone is welcome to attend and participate.
