Ormond Beach Elementary, local officials, greet new school year

Ormond Beach Elementary welcomed its students back to school with three elected officials. Mayor Bill Partington, City Commissioner Susan Persis and Volusia County School Board member Carl Persis along with school faculty greeted students as parents dropped them off at school.
