Flagler Palm Coast isn't slowing down entering Year 3 under head coach Travis Roland. Despite the fact that the starters were pulled after three quarters, the Bulldogs routed Atlantic Coast 34-6 to conclude the preseason on the night of Friday, Aug. 16, at Atlantic Coast High School.
FPC tallied 216 yards passing and 201 yards rushing, per WNZF sports commentator Michael Lischio Jr. Meanwhile, Atlantic Coast had 132 yards passing and 35 yards rushing.
Bulldogs running back Chris Parks rushed for 130 yards and 4 touchdowns (he had three by halftime), and starting quarterback Donovan Montoyo connected on 7-11 passes for 116 yards a score.
On defense, linebackers Tobin Hackett and Corey Vandyke had two sacks each.
