A house in The Trails was the top real estate transaction for July 21-27 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Otakar Quadrat and Darcy Terrell, of Ormond Beach, sold 101 Shady Branch Trail to Douglas and Shelagh Traill, of Ormond Beach, for $585,000. Built in 1980, the house has seven bedrooms, 5.5 baths, three fireplaces, a swimming pool and 4,929 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $645,000. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

 

Ormond Beach

 

Cathedral Place Investments LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 446 Triton Road to Kevin and Danielle Boyle, of Ormond Beach, for $400,000. Built in 1960, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,155 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $400,000.

 

Omar McFerron and Rebecca Mangali, of Ormond Beach, sold 446 River Square Lane to Raymond and Denise Raniszewski, of Edison, New Jersey, for $345,000. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,345 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $279,500.

 

Kseniga Sorich, of Ormond Beach, sold 82 Seton Trail to Sheri Murrah and Jerry Henegar, of Longwood, for $305,000. Built in 1955, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,477 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $82,000.

 

Cristian and Hazel Aranda, of Palm Coast, sold 744 E. River Oak Drive to Ann and David Izzarelli, of Ormond Beach, for $290,000. Built in 1976, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,648 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $166,400.

 

Double H. Enterprises LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 1 John Anderson Drive, Unit 113, to Matisyahu Fogel, and Levi and Davi Finck, of Ormond Beach, for $277,000. Built in 1996, the condo has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 3,050 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $400,000.

 

Deutsche Bank, as trustee, sold 2241 Lipizzan Trail to Tomas Pupo, of Ormond Beach, for $265,102. Built in 1987, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,131 square feet.

 

Gerard and Cynthia Boyle, of Cranford, New Jersey, sold 149 River Beach Drive to Thomas Vardy, of Milwaukee, for $240,000. Built in 1957, the house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,412 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $155,000.

 

Crystal Anderson, of Daytona Beach, sold 1267 Vanderbilt Drive to Christina and Jesse Johnson, of Ormond Beach, for $235,000. Built in 1963, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,668 square feet.

 

Raymond and Andrea Dolbow, of Riverview, sold 2 Boxwood Court to Jennifer Mollo and Kristin Butrico, of Ormond Beach, for $220,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplac and 1,623 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $104,000.

 

Fannie Mae Association, of Dallas, sold 7 Lake Meadow Way to Malcolm Woods, of Ormond Beach, for $209,000. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,914 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $141,433.

 

Nancy Bockoven, Dona Bockoven, Victoria Picant, Lynn Pettenger and Kimberly Brown sold 49 Misners Trail to Anthony and Olympa Eagan, of Youngsville, North Carolina, for $189,048.39. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,806 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $145,800.

 

James Hioteles, of Daytona Beach, sold 1 Stone Quarry Trail to Mark Greco Jr., of Ormond Beach, for $173,000. Built in 1978, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,875 square feet. It sold in 1993 for $82,500.

 

Property Restoration Group LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 9 Oakwood Park to Ivan Marallo and Carmen Cordero, of Ormond Beach, for $162,500. Built in 1984, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,496 square feet.

 

John and Nancy Shope, of Buford, Georgia, sold 60 Vining Court, Unit 140, to JBJ Properties LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $119,000. Built in 1973, the condo has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,050 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $110,000.

Plantation Bay

Jack and Alice Sullivan, of Daytona Beach, sold 1151 Kilkenny Lane to Paulo Carvalho and Maluh De Felice, of Ormond Beach, for $297,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths,a swimming pool and 1,910 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $274,500.

 

Terrence and Joyce Metzger, of Fishers, Indiana, sold 1224 Kilkenny Court to Gerald Klaft and Leonard Lukowski, of Rogers City, Michigan, for $246,000. Built in 2015, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,081 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $220,200.

Tymber Creek

Vicki and Jamison Singer  sold 181 Cloverdale Court to Susan Simas, of Ormond Beach, for $215,00. Built in 1986, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,589 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $76,000.

 

Ormond-by-the-Sea

 

Edward and Jaqueline Lipman, of New Smyrna Beach, sold 2249 John Anderson Drive to Ronn and Dana Orenstein, of Ormond Beach, for $340,000. Built in 1960, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,317 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $250,000.

 

James and Karen Sweeney, of Newton Square, Pennsylvania, sold 3360 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 401, to Linda and James Dubea, of Ormond Beach, for $248,000. Built in 1983, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,275 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $167,000.

 

Bonnie and Gordon Pfersich, of Ocala, sold 1926 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 2030, to Chris Clemente, of Ormond Beach, for $199,000. Built in 1974, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,175 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $95,000.

 

Glenn Pellerin, of Jensen Beach, sold 1245 Riverbreeze Blvd. to Daniel Rockhold, of Ormond Beach, for $190,500. Built in 1958, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 826 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $147,000.

 

Robert Brault and Ghizlane Boussaidi, of Quebec, Canada, sold 2290 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 5030, to L&S Properties of North Florida LLC, of Ponte Vedra, for $185,000. Built in 1984, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,121 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $135,000.

 

Robert and Laurie Failing, of Sun City Center, sold 2810 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 250, to Graham Anderson Jr., of Ormond Beach, for $172,000. Built in 1971, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,717 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $130,000.

 

David and Carole Benson, of Ormond Beach, sold 2820 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 250, to Kimberly Myers, as trustee, for $145,000. Built in 1972, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,216 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $165,000.

 

James and Carolyn Mounce, of Ormond Beach, sold 23 HIbiscus Drive to Zahk Properties LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $135,000. Built in 1953, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 830 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $63,000.
