A three-vehicle car crash resulted in one death and left two others in critical condition, according to a report by Florida Highway Patrol.

Three vehicles were traveling northbound on I-95 in Flagler County at around 12:59 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 30. A 2016 GMC Acadia, driven by 41-year-old Danielle Hughes, of Pennsylvania, was stopped directly ahead of a 2017 Dodge Ram van, driven by 21-year-old Jacksonville resident Carlos McKnight. A 2016 Honda HR-V, driven by Krzystof Wroblewski, 59, of Illinois, was behind McKnight's vehicle.

The front of McKnight's vehicle crashed into the rear of Hughes' vehicle. The left side of Wroblewski's vehicle side swiped the right side of McKnight's vehicle.

Hughes and one of her passengers, 49-year-old Winter Park resident Reginald Moore, were taken to AdventHealth Palm Coast with minor injuries. However, Hughes' other passengers sustained significant injuries. Cynthia Clark, 62, of Atlantic Beach, was taken to Halifax Health but died as a result of her injuries. And Kimberly Clark, 51, and Jaeden Pagoria, 17, both of Pennsylvania, were taken to Halifax Health in critical condition.

Wroblewski and his passengers were not injured.
