The top real estate transaction in the Hammock from Sept. 6 to Jan. 2 was in Ocean Hammock. Hammock Life Properties LLC, of Atlanta, sold 504 Cinnamon Beach Lane to Mark and Melissa Davideit, of Palm Coast, for $1.73 million. Built in 2016, the house has six bedrooms, 6.5 baths, an elevator and 5,144 square feet. Following is a partial list of other sales for the time period.
Hammock Beach
Darrell Scott, of Angle Fire, New Mexico, sold 17 Hammock Beach Parkway to Igor and Valentina Lukashevich, of Louisville, Kentucky, for $790,000. Built in 2012, the house has three bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,332 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $848,000.
Hammock Dunes
David and Donna Hodnik, as trustees, sold 10 Rue Grande Mer to Lee Ann and Gary Thurston, of Palm Coast, for $1,215,000. Built in 2007, the house has five bedrooms, 6.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 4,495 square feet.
Robert and Sherrie Greenberg, of Palm Coast, sold 85 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 304, to Donald and Teresa Hancock, of Palm Coast, for $997,500. Built in 2006, the condo has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,690 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $1.13 million.
Stephen and Michelle O’Brien, of Daniel Island, South Carolina, sold 85 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 1005, to Jack and Georgia Chambers, of Palm Coast, for $705,000. Built in 2006, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,110 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $1,095,000.
David and Nancy Luenzmann, individually and as trustees, sold 11 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 1207, to Gregory and Karen Emmons, of Palm Coast, for $530,000. Built in 1992, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,161 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $339,900.
Dieter Kopf, of Bohemia, New York, sold 6 Via Verona to David and Christine McMurtry, of Palm Coast, for $649,000. Built in 1992, the house has three bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,309 square feet.
Ocean Hammock
SWAC LLC, of Alpharetta, Georgia, sold 1100 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 1021, to Edward and Joyce Tissiere, as trustees, for $325,000. Built in 2004, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,003 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $510,000.
Yacht Harbor
Donnie and Nicole Taylor, of Ormond Beach, sold 330 Harbor Village Point North to Phillip Emrich, of Adele, Georgia, for $885,000. Built in 2013, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool, boat dock and 3,142 square feet.
