Crowds gathered at Rockefeller Gardens to watch the city of Ormond Beach light up the sky above the Halifax River for its annual Independence Day Celebration, commemorating the nation's 243rd birthday.
Citizens and visitors alike enjoyed entertainment and activities, including music from bands like Pilotwave and the Not Brothers Band. The festivities also included a kids' zone, food vendors and fireworks by Santore. The celebrations stretched from City Hall plaza across the Granada Bridge to Rockefeller Gardens.
