Rainbow Development Group LLC, which owns the property at 4015 S. Williamson Blvd., was found in violation of multiple codes regarding the building after going before a special magistrate on Wednesday, July 10, according to a press release.
It was requested, on behalf of the property owner, that the city provides an eight-week timeframe of compliance. This will bring the compliance date to Tuesday, Sept. 10 for the property owner to get the porte cochère and stucco repaired before pressure washing can take place.
After hearing testimonies from the owner, contractor, and city staff, the special magistrate gave the property owner until Thursday, July 18 to mow and trim all the high weeds and grass, which was completed and inspected. They were given until Sunday, Sep. 1, to pressure wash the outside of the building to remove the discoloration.
If the property is not in compliance with the special magistrate's order, a fine of $1,000 per day will be assessed and any future similar violations will be considered a repeat violation.
