An oceanfront house was the top real estate transaction for the week of May 19-25 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Savashiel Dunes LLC sold 739 S. Atlantic Ave. to Alfred and Mary Balloqui, of Mission, Kansas, for $1,357,822. Built in 1940, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool, 2,344 square feet and a guest house with 792 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $775,000. Ormond Beach
Ormond Beach Ventures I LLC, of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, sold 940 Arroyo Parkway to Maureen Elrod, of Ormond Beach, for $338,000. Built in 2015, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,112 square feet.
Gregg and Sylvia Rogers sold 42 Ocean Pines Drive to Joshua and Jaren Ruane, of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, for $285,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,039 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $232,000.
Roy Steele Jr., of DeLand, sold 94 Warwick Ave. to Christopher Young, of Ormond Beach, for $235,000. Built in 1966, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,572 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $200,000.
Tyler and Tiffany Edwards, of Ormond Beach, sold 945 Willow Run to Denise White, of Ormond Beach, for $225,000. Built in 1976, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,614 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $166,000.
William and Stacey Rocca, of Ormond Beach, sold 18 Ormond Parkway to Alfredo Riveron and Judith Gonzalez, of Ontario, Canada, for $206,800. Built in 1956, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,160 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $99,500.
Fannie Mae Association, of Dallas, sold 48 Hernandez Ave. to Alexander Diaz, of Miami, for $192,000. Built in 1955, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,425 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $151,100.
Alicia Vessa and Deborah Vessa, of Port Orange, sold 44 Laurel Oaks Circle to Patricia Villanueva, of Ormond Beach, for $183,000. Built in 1981, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,208 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $138,000.
Carolyn Ayres sold 2 Arborvue Trail to Richard and Carol Taylor, of Ormond Beach, for $147,750. Built in 1986, the townhouse has three bedrooms, 2. 5 baths and 1,496 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $72,000.

Larry and Vickie Smith, of Port Orange, sold 8 Lake Isle Way to Glenn Sheeley and Eleanor Maccaro, of Ormond Beach, for $387,500. Built in 1990, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,601 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $289,000.
Amelia Perry, of Daytona Beach, sold 40 Carriage Creek Way to Melissa Stokke, of Ormond Beach, for $230,000. Built in 1990, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,140 square feet. It sold in 1990 for $162,300.

Charles and Amelia Kidd sold 1 Queen Ann Court to William and Andrea Powell, of Ormond Beach, for $275,000. Built in 1994, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,372 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $165,900.
Halifax Plantation
Tara and Kenneth Manderville, of Ormond Beach, sold 1449 Ioni Court to Geraldine and George Fennimore, of Ormond Beach, for $449,000. Built in 1994, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,864 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $395,000.
Hunter’s Ridge
Meagan Copeland, of Bluffton, South Carolina, sold 136 Pergola Place to Denis and Caroline Cronin, of Ormond Beach, for $225,000. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,537 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $206,000.
Plantation Bay
Brian and Rhonda Battani, of Ormond Beach, sold 612 Aldenham Lane to Tyler and Lindsey Franklin, of Ormond Beach, for $345,000. Built in 2015, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,470 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $315,700.
Plantation Pines
U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee, sold 3624 Jack Pine Lane to Chester and Jennifer Cottrell, of Ormond Beach, for $175,000. Built in 1984, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,398 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $205,000.

Valerie Maresco, individually and as trustee, sold 25 Rio Pinar Trail to Tyler and Tiffany Edwards, of Ormond Beach, for $340,000. Built in 1977, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,272 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $215,000.
Donald Grouette and Alice Stanley, of Murphy, North Carolina, sold 44 Wildwood Trail to Rachel Jeyasselaln, of Ormond Beach, for $213,000. Built in 1984, the townhouse has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,551 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $99,500.
Ormond-by-the-Sea
Brenda Sowell sold 1167 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 180, to Calmark Capital Ventures LLC, of DeLand, for $385,000. Built in 1971, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,120 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $225,000.
Vincent Palmieri and Victoria Williams sold 10 Tropical Drive to Tsai Lo, of Ormond Beach, for $300,000. Built in 1956, the house has two bedrooms, one bath, a swimming pool and 1,141 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $242,000.
Georgianna DeCampo, of Sykesville, Maryland, sold 58 E. Sea Harbor Drive to Jacob and Kara Gainer, of Ormond Beach, for $260,000. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,669 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $118,000.
Pamela Bradford sold 123 Pierside Drive to Gail Salzburg, of Ormond Beach, for $223,000. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,541 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $215,000.
Eureka Drive LLC, of Atlanta, sold 65 Ocean Shore Drive to James and Sydney Warren, of Ormond Beach, for $220,000. Built in 1954, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,036 square feet.
Ronald Severino, of Candia, New Hampshire, sold 9 Tropical Drive to Michael Tait, of Ormond Beach, for $174,000. Built in 1956, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,236 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $85,000.
