Gladius Music Performance

When: 3-4 p.m.

Where: Port Orange Regional Library, 1005 City Center Circle

Details: Enjoy guitar music inspired by great composers, Spanish guitar maestros, and more from the "musical mad-scientist" Gladius. Free admission.

Saturday, March 16

Release the Leprechaun Party

When: 2-10:30 p.m.

Where: McKenna’s Port Orange, 3781 S. Nova Road

Details: Join the pre-St. Patrick’s Day party full of Irish-themed menu and tunes. Continue the celebration at 2 p.m. on Sunday, March 17, and enjoy The Celts play the bagpipes and Celtic drums at 6 p.m. Call 256-2691.

Sunday, March 17

St. Patrick's Day Green Party

When: 2-7 p.m.

Where: Port Orange Elks 2723, 5207 S. Ridgewood Ave.

Details: Partake in the St. Patrick’s Day festivities by decking yourself out in green and enjoying traditional corn beef and cabbage or Irish stew. Dinner is $10 and served from 4-6 p.m. Games, prizes, and other fun begins at 2 p.m. Green beer will be served.

Tuesday, March 19

Art Rageous Kids Spring Camp

When: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Where: Art Rageous of Port Orange, 4649 S. Clyde Morris Blvd.

Details: Children 6 and up can paint, sculpt, and craft at Art Rageous’s Kids Spring Camp Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Cost is $115. 10% discount for siblings. Call 947-7661.

Florida: The First 450 Years

When: 2-3 p.m.

Where: Port Orange Regional Library, 1005 City Center Circle

Details: Dianne Jacoby presents the history of Florida through costumed portrayals of two famous Florida historical women. Enjoy the tale of Florida’s transition from territory to statehood mixed with battles, warfare and pirates. Free admission.

Volusia Young Professionals Group Social

When: 6-8 p.m.

Where: Mellow Mushroom of Port Orange, 5790 Journeys End Way
