A house in Hammock Beach was the top real estate transaction for the week of Oct. 17-23 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Michele Boscano, of Hillsborough, New Jersey, sold 15 Las Palmas Way to Dennis and Lita Strom, of Palm Coast, for $590,000. Built in 2006, the house has five bedrooms, five baths and 3,833 square feet. Following is a partial list of other sales for the week.

Villa Roma LLC, of Suwanee, Georgia, sold 35 Ocean Crest Way, Unit 1123, to Pamela Fishbein, as trustee, for $235,000. Built in 2003, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,160 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $267,900.
Lori Wasserman, of Patchogue, New York, sold 29 Magnolia Drive S., Unit 29, Stephen and Cynthia Kelly, of Ormond Beach, for $174,000. Built in 2005, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,300 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $147,900.

Saul and Jennifer Biancanletto sold 55 Eric Drive to Daniel and Sharon Nieves, of Palm Coast, for $312,500. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,409 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $229,000.
Nikolai and Lora Vassiliev, of Palm Coast, sold 49 Eastwood Drive to Andrew and Dana Berry, of Palm Coast, for $253,500. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,000 square feet.
