Details: See much of the history and scenery of Ormond Beach via the Ormond Beach Historical Society’s bus tour. Beginning at The Casements, the tour includes the Loop, the Three Chimneys Sugar Mill Ruins and a visit to see the Fairchild Oak. Tickets must be purchased in advance at the MacDonald House, located at 38 E. Granada Blvd. Tickets cost $22 for adults, $20 for Historical Society members and $7 for ages 5-12. Details: Civil Discourse, a group focused on the respectful exchange of ideas, will hold a roundtable with Dr. Don Spence, professional board-certified master arborist and environmental consultant. The focus of the discussion will be on the use of trees and native plants in urban planning and resiliency. The public is invited to listen and ask questions.
