As Volusia County remains under a stay-at-home order due to COVID-19, the Halifax Humane Society is seeking foster parents for the pets that remain at the shelter.

Here are the highlighted Foster Pets for the Week:

The first is Rye, a 5-year-old Treeing Tennessee Brindle with a black and brown coat. He has been with the Halifax Humane Society since March 10.

The second is Hercules, a 2-year-old Labrador mix with a brown coat. He was found on the street and brought into the shelter, but has been very fearful and shut-down since. He has no bite history and needs to be in a family environment. It's recommended that there be no other pets in the foster home.
