A house in Hammock Dunes was the top residential real estate transaction for Feb. 20-26 in Flagler County, according to the Multiple Listing Service. F&M Family Investments Inc., of Jacksonville, sold the home at 3 Capri Court to William M. and Deborah A. Arnold, of Palm Coast, for $2.06 million. Built in 2001, the home has five bedrooms, seven full bathrooms and two half-baths. It has a pool, a boat dock, a spa and 13,482 square feet of living space.
Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week. In all there, were more than 40 during Feb. 20-26.
Cypress Knoll
June M. Gemmer, Juli Gippert and Darby Gippert, of Live Oak, sold the home at 172 Eric Drive to Joel J. and Renee Murphy, of Palm Coast, for $285,000. Built in 2000, the home has six bedrooms, four bathrooms and 3598 square feet of living area. It previously sold in 2015 for $215,000.
Grand Landings
Dream Finders Homes LLC, of Jacksonville, sold the home at 191 S. Coopers Hawk Way to James D’Agostino and Celia Thomezani, of Palm Coast, for $254,000. Built in 2019, the home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,934 square feet of living area.
Hidden Lakes
George and Joanel Cruz, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 115 Arena Lake Drive to Roy C. and Janice Mae Swisher for $322,000. Built in 2016, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,910 square feet. It previously sold in 2017 for $282,500.
Indian Trails
Arthur B. and Bernadita D. Belisario, of Escondido, California, sold the home at 7 Barrington Drive to Souvannachitta Mekhagnomdara, of Palm Coast, for $185,000. Built in 2002, the home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,921 swuare feet of living area.
Palm Harbor
Richard F. and Donna F. Gill, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 68 Longview Way N. to Richard D. and Donna M. Anderson, of Palm Coast, for $374,800. Built in 2014, the home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,389 square feet. It previously sold in 2018 for $340,000.
