A house in Hammock Dunes topped the list of homes sold in Flagler County, according to the MLS. Robert F. and Debra J. Gerace, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 7 Island Estates Parkway to Nick Joe Rahall II and Melinda Ross Rahall, of Beckley, West Virginia, for $1.1 million. Built in 2001, the home has 4,173 square feet and previously sold in 2017 for $860,000.

Holiday Builders, of Melbourne, sold the home at 16 E. Diamond Drive to Grace L. Henry, of Palm Coast for $289,000. Built in 2016, the home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,070 square feet.
Grand Haven
Brent A. and Jane E. Cole, of Braselton, Georgia, sold the home at 17 Pelican Court to Duncan S. III and Meredith C. Vanderbilt, of Sammamish, Washington, for $294,000. Built in 1996, the home has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a pool and 1,649 square feet. It previously sold in 2004 for $249,900.
Grand Landings
D.R. Horton Inc.-Delaware, of Jacksonville, sold the home at 151 S. Hummingbird Place to Claire and James McMillion, of Palm Coast, for $264,990. Built in 2018, the home has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,913 square feet.
Indian Trails
Irene Jaro, of Virginia Beach, Virginia, sold the home at 17 Bird of Paradise Drive to Steven Tufano and Doreen O’Neil, of Palm Coast, for $190,000. Built in 1991, the home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,072 square feet.
M&M Dawn, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 49 Barkwood Lane to James M. and Rosemary L. Jones, of Palm Coast, for $264,000. Built in 2019, the home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,807 square feet.
Lehigh Woods
WJH LLC, of Delaware, sold the home at 25 Riverside Lane to Brandon M. Millman, of Palm Coast, for $198,640. Built in 2018, the home has four bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a pool , a spa and 2,045 square feet.
Ocean Hammock
David J. and Kathryn V. Butler, of Commerce Township, Michigan, sold the home at 16 Ocean Oaks Lane to Jerrad P. and Amie Marie Jasper, of Palm Coast, for $555,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and 3,153 square feet.
Palm Harbor
Alexandria S. Johnson, Emerald A. Johnson, Leo M. Johnson and Paul D. Johnson III, of Brooklyn, New York, sold the home at 13 Freemont Turn to Optimum Homes, of Palm Coast, for $195,000. Built in 1997, the home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and 1,703 square feet. It previously sold in 2006 for $225,500.
Linda Keeson, of Brookline, Massachusetts, sold the home at 20 Furness Place to Denise and Thomas Lorber, of Palm Coast, for $240,000. Built in 1990, the home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and 1,997 square feet.
