A house with views of the river was the top real estate transaction for March 15-21 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Hassan Alkhatib, of Ormond Beach, sold 2302 John Anderson Drive to Barton Cobb and Kathy Denise, of Ormond Beach, for $788,000. Built in 2012, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a pool, a boat dock, a boat lift and 2,945 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $675,000. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.
Noe and Janet Gouveia, as trustees, sold 10 Oak Brook Drive to Howard and Linda Ott, of Ormond Beach, for $225,000. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,554 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $87,900.
Todd and Yined Hendrix, of Miami, sold 481 Palm Ave. to Ilene Alford, of Ormond Beach, for $255,000. Built in 1958, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a boat lift and 1,172 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $209,000.
Nathaniel and Jessica Preheim, of Ormond Beach, sold 16 Dormont Drive to Linda Mirijanian and Lisa Tartaglione, of Saugerties, New York, for $310,000. Built in 1958, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,632 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $300,000.
Kimberly and William Ingram, of Register, Georgia, sold 271 S. Orchard St. to Ruben Feria, of Ormond Beach, for $180,000. Built in 1972, the house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,092 square feet. It sold in 1972 for $17,450.
Gary and Patricia James, of Ormond Beach, sold 171 Riverside Drive to J. Hyatt and Cynthia Brown, as trustees, for $575,000. Built in 1951, the house has five bedrooms, three full baths, two half baths, two fireplaces, a pool and 3,373 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $438,750.
The Trails
Richard Lively, of Murphy, Texas, sold 1 Old Trail to Hollandia Real Estate LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $258,000. Built in 1977, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,144 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $115,320.
Forest Hills
John Andrinopoulos, of Daytona Beach, sold 1258 Scottsdale Drive to Cornelius and Michelle Harvey, of Ormond Beach for $220,000. Built in 1959, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,215 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $126,000.
Breakaway Trails
Ronald Holck, of Ormoond Beach, sold 4 Double Branch Way to James and Rita Cassidy, of Turner, Maine, for $355,000. Built in 1989, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, a pool and 2,454 square feet.
Plantation Bay
Ilene Alford, of Ormond Beach, sold 3909 Tano Drive to Gary and Shareen Pratt, of Ormond Beach, for $379,000. Built in 1990, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, a pool and 3,126 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $319,000.
Julie MacMahon, of Ormond Beach, sold 1154 Kilkenny Lane to Jerry and Marlene Efstathion, of Ormond Beach, for $245,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,761 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $194,300.
Garry and Mickey Richeson, of Ormond Beach, sold 1326 Hansberry Lane to Jack and Evelyn Montelbano, of East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, for $229,000. Built 2010, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,551 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $210,000.
Anthony and Catherine Gilliam, of New Albany, Ohio, sold 2290 Ocean Shore Blvd. Unit 403 to Gerald and Michele Barnes, of The Village, for $270,000. Built in 1984, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,121 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $127,000.
Mark Shamblin, of Kenna, West Virginia, sold 2290 Ocean Shore Blvd. Unit 108 to Donald and Catherine Griffin, of Rochester, New York, for $212,500. Built in 1984, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,121 square feet. It sold in 1992 for $89,000.
Mary Coulter, individually and as trustee, sold 17 Plaza Drive to Patricia Strobak, of Apopka, for $224,000. Built in 1960, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,306 square feet.
Jeffrey Fuller, of Ormond Beach, sold 3305 John Anderson Drive to Richard and Dana Bodo, of Ormond Beach, for $410,000. Built in 1987, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, a pool and 2,004 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $275,000.
