The Flagler Home Builders Association installed the 2021 Board of Directors on Nov. 20.
2021 President Darin Dahl, of Maronda Homes, has served on the Flagler HBA Board of Directors since 2009.
The Executive Committee was announced as follows: Vice President Mark Langello (M&M Building & Development), Secretary Brad Thomas (Thomas Construction & Consulting), Associate Vice President Lisa Stewart (Southern Title), Treasurer Donald O’Brien (Hayward Brown), and Immediate Past President Scott Sowers (Cline Construction), Past Associate Vice President Anjanette Stevens (Southern Title).
Board of Directors installed: Richard Gailey (Associated Mirror & Shelving), David Alfin (Grand Living Realty), Allen Goodman (Benjamin Moore), Jon Hetzler (Cosentino), Jaclyn Centofanti (Palm Coast Observer), Eric Phillips (Phillips Coastal Construction), Luis Medeiros (A Plus Home Improvements), Gene Slone (Florida Green Construction), Roy Waldhauer II (By The Shore/Waldhauer Pools). Life Directors serving on the board: Frank Whalen (East Coast Building Corp), Budd Severino (Budd Severino Advanced Home Exteriors), Sandra McDermott (Coast Title), Jim Gonce (Builders First Source), Tony Amaral Jr. (Amaral Homes & Pools) and Robbie Richmond (Intracoastal Construction).
Two awards were given during the installation: Mark Langello, M&M Building & Development, was named Builder of the Year; and Michelle Davis, The Michelle Davis Team, Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate Synergy, was named Associate of the Year.
