Eudaldo J. Troncoso, MD
1945-2020
Dr. Eudaldo “Ed” Troncoso, of Danvers, Mass. and Palm Coast, Fla., died on Monday, January 27, 2020 at Massachusetts General Hospital following a brief illness. He was 74.
Dr. Troncoso specialized in Cardiology with a sub-specialty in Internal Medicine. He practiced medicine from 1973 to 2014. He was on staff at numerous North Shore hospitals while maintaining a full time medical practice in Peabody. His primary hospital affiliation was North Shore Medical Center in Salem. He was a long standing member of The Massachusetts Medical Society and The American Medical Association.
Eudaldo’s interests included traveling, boating, fishing, skiing, running, bike riding, and cooking. His favorite sports to follow were soccer, football and baseball. He loved classical music and he enjoyed many seasons at Boston Symphony Hall. He also enjoyed jazz and Bossa Nova.
He was a long standing member of The Massachusetts Medical Society and The American Medical Association.
Eudaldo is survived by his wife, Judy Troncoso; children: Ana Stella Troncoso and husband, Greg Brume, Antonio Troncoso and wife Tracy, and Stephen Troncoso; grandchildren, Mia and Logan Troncoso; siblings: Rosa Stella, Ana Maria, Maria Josefina, Ana Rossina, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Eudaldo was predeceased by his brother, Enrique; his father, Eudaldo; his sister, Sylvia; and his mother, Ana Rosa.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Eudaldo’s funeral Mass which will be held at St. Mary of the Annunciation Church, 24 Conant St., Danvers on Friday, February 21, 2020 at 9 a.m. All other services will be private.
