Patricia Ann Flebotte
Patricia Ann (Griffin) Flebotte of Palm Coast passed away at her home on January 12, 2020. Her husband of 49 years, Victor G. Flebotte, and her son, Patrick Joseph Flebotte, 47, were at her side. She was born in Springfield, Massachusetts on June 26, 1950 to Elizabeth and Jack Griffin. The second of three daughters, she was outspoken and friendly to everyone. Anyone who knew Pattie knew she loved to dance. Her dream was to be a New York Rockette but, alas, she was only 5 feet and 2 ½ inches- too short! She worked in the medical field for over 40 years. First as a Candy Striper volunteer at Mercy Hospital in Springfield then as a CSR Tech at Western Mass Hospital in Westfield, Massachusetts, where she retired from. Pattie and Vic moved to Palm Coast in December of 1996 from Feeding Hills, Massachusetts and founded The Class-A-Graphics Company which later became Class -A- Printing. She was in charge of all office duties. Customers would come in for free medical advice on all their aches and pains. She retired in 2015 and spent her time enjoying her friends- dancing, parties and playing cards for pennies. Vic Flebotte retired in 2017 when Pattie was diagnosed with Stage 4 Colon and Liver Cancer. She fought for 2 ½ years with all her might from North Florida Cancer Hospital to Gainesville. It was a losing battle- she surrendered her body to God on January 12, 2020 and left on her journey to heaven. It’s a sad day for all who knew the pretty little woman who gave so much to so many. She’s now in heaven dancing with God and all her friends who left before her. The family wishes to thank all her nurses who made her last hours on earth as pain free as possible. The AdventHealth Hospice of Flagler and Nurses Marie, Cindy, Tracy, Kathy and Leah. She also leaves behind her daughter-in-law, Christina (Rice) Flebotte; grandson, Patrick X. Flebotte and granddaughter, Leah Flebotte, all of Palm Coast. A grandson, Dominic Fattini of Feeding Hills, Massachusetts; her mother, Elizabeth Downs Griffin of Long Meadow, Massachusetts; her sisters, Mary (Griffin) McLaughlin, Joanie (Griffin) Kavanaugh and her brother, Jack Griffin, all of Springfield, Massachusetts. Also surviving her is her best cuz; Ann Marie Krosie of Long Meadow, Massachusetts and her best friend, Shelia King of Tolland, Connecticut.
