A house in Plantation Bay was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Dec. 22-28 in the Multiple Listing Service. Prestwick at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 1033 Sudbury Lane to Mohammadreza and Zohreh Nowzary, of Ormond Beach, for $1,109,788. Built in 2019, the house has three bedrooms, 4.5 baths and 3,456 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.
Ormond Beach
Rebecca Reinsel, of Daytona Beach, sold 172 Marvin Road to Craig and Joni Nedderman, of Rome City, Indiana, for $334,000. Built in 1963, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,470 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $272,800.
Mackenzie Star, of Ormond Beach, sold 137 Ormond Shores Drive to Donna Alvator and Dennis Glisson, of Ormond Beach, for $270,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,724 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $285,000.
George Long, individually and as trustee, sold 916 Woodmere Circle to Deidre Giltner, of Apopka, for $240,000. Built in 1963, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,683 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $68,300.
Virginia Billingsley, of Ormond Beach, sold 64 Crestwood Circle to Katherine Dahl, of Ormond Beach, for $230,000. Built in 1968, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,990 square feet. It sold in 1979 for $51,500.
Laura Tornelli, of Ormond Beach, sold 113 Northbrook Lane to Kyleigh Bernkrant and Wanda Hucks, of Ormond Beach, for $190,000. Built in 1980, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,488 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $163,000.
Darlene and Christopher Humphrey, of Newport, North Carolina, and Pamela and Vint Keener, sold 501 Arroyo Parkway to Brian Stebleton, of Ormond Beach, for $165,000. Built in 1963, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 912 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $85,000.
WF Reverse REO HECM 2015-1 LLC, of Lansing, Michigan, sold 825 Candlewood Circle to Andrea Oliver and Megan Oliver, of Ormond Beach, for $156,750. Built in 1975, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,421 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $94,000.

James and Gina Fuller, of Nicholasville, Kentucky, sold 1401 Henlow Lane to Gary Dattmore, of Ormond Beach, for $390,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,202 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $335,000.
Thomas Kuehn Jr., of Ormond Beach, sold 1252 Kilkenny Court to Carla Cosio, of Ormond Beach, for $230,000. Built in 2015, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,510 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $206,600.
Ormond-by-the-Sea
Jose and Esther Ocampo, of Claremont, California, sold 2852 John Anderson Drive to Andres Doble and Angela Busch-Doble, of Fort Lauderdale, for $650,000. Built in 1990, the house has four bedrooms four baths, two half-baths, a fireplace and 3,808 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $590,000.
Repid LLC sold 111 Imperial Heights Drive to Samuel Hubbard and Linda Hughes, of Ormond Beach, for $455,400. Built in 1963, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,118 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $205,000.
Lorin and Julee Emmerich, of Tomahawk, Wisconsin, sold 1601 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 225, to Robann Cunningham, of Mitchell, Kentucky, for $305,000. Built in 1970, the condo has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,095 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $207,500.
Joel and Rosemarie Palmer, of Maitland, sold 8 Surfside Drive to Corey and Joanna Metsker, of Ormond Beach, for $369,000. Built in 1971, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,637 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $270,000.
Donald and Herminia Lumsargis, of Prairie Grove, Arkansas, sold 27 San Jose Drive to Howard Davine, of Sanbornton, New Hampshire, for $234,000. Built in 1961, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,123 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $220,000.
