Possession of narcotic paraphernalia. After detaining a 33-year-old woman for having an open warrant, police asked her if she had anything illegal in her backpack. The woman said no, but when the reporting officer discovered a glass pipe, she put her head down, cursed and admitted she forgot about that.

The woman told police the substance inside the pipe was meth, and that there "may be weed" inside the bag too, according to the police report.

Police initially approached the woman after receiving a call that the woman was being chased by a man. According to the report, the man was concerned for her after they got into a dispute with a mutual friend over a place to spend the night.

Trespassing. A 61-year-old man was trespassed from a local grocery store after the manager called police. The manager told police that the man is known to steal from the store.

The man had been issued a written trespass in the recent past and when the reporting officer asked if he knew about this, the man said yes, but that he was only going into the liquor store because there wasn't another one close by, according to the police report.

The man was taken to jail.
