A Breakaway Trails home was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of May 3-9 in the Multiple Listing Service. Robert Droge and Ilene Gilbert-Droge, of Ormond Beach, sold 111 Tomoka Ridge Way to Deanna and Andrew Harris, of Ormond Beach, for $590,000. Built in 2015, the house is a 4/3 and has a swimming pool and 3,007 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $545,000. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Frank Diego and Mary Nicholas-Diego, of DeLand, sold 236 Rodeo Road to Paul and Tracey Shearman, of Ormond Beach, for $525,000. Built in 2004, the house is a 4/3.5 and has a fireplace and 4,022 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $400,000.
Gregory, Richard and Chad Olsen, of Ormond Beach, sold 330 S. Center St. to Vanessa Boston, of Ormond Beach, for $250,000. Built in 1973, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,949 square feet. It sold in 1981 for $65,500.
Gregory and Susan Eisele, Melody Cartwright and Rayne Lewis-Hart, of Ormond Beach, sold 798A Flamingo Drive to David and Juliette Silva, of Marlborough, Massachusetts, for $135,000. Built in 1947, the villa is a 2/1 and has 675 square feet. It sold in 1991 for $64,200.
