Stoneweg US, a real estate investment firm specializing in multifamily acquisitions and developments, kicked off the development of Tuscan Reserve Apartments with a ground breaking ceremony in Palm Coast on March 12.
“This is the first of what I hope to be many more development projects for Stoneweg US,” said Patrick Richard, CEO of Stoneweg US. “I’m extremely proud of what the team has accomplished thus far and look forward to getting together with you all again to celebrate the completion of what we know will be an outstanding property.”
Jacksonville-based Summit Contracting Group will lead the development and is targeting completion of the premier apartments in the first quarter of 2021.

Upon completion, Tuscan Reserve Apartments will offer 123 modern units, with amenities such as a dog park, an outdoor walking/bike path, lush landscaping, a clubhouse and kitchen area, on-grounds delivery station, and gazebos overseeing the lake located in the center of the property. Tuscan Reserve Apartments is located at 402 Tuscan Reserve Drive, Palm Coast.

AdventHealth Palm Coast celebrated the opening of a new physical therapy clinic for Hammock Dunes Club members on March 10.
