Larceny. An Ormond Beach resident's bike was stolen at a local park while he used a restroom. The resident was then told by someone in the park (let's call him the informant) that their friend said he was going to steal the bike, and then actually rode off with it, according to police.
Police later met with the informant, who said he didn't know his friend's real name and that he lived in the "south side."
The resident's father told police he wanted to press charges.
